Sean Icenhour
PresidentThroughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to sit on both sides of the table—as a retail buyer and as a sales leader for leading consumer brands. That experience has shaped how I approach business today, with a strong focus on understanding our customers, building trusted partnerships, and finding opportunities for long-term growth. I’ve also always had a genuine love for animals, which makes working in the pet industry especially rewarding and gives me a personal connection to the products we create and the consumers we serve.
As President of NVM Pet, I’m excited to build on the strong foundation we already have. My focus is on bringing our teams together, continuing to improve how we serve our customers, and creating an environment where our people, our brands, and our customer partnerships can grow. We have a great team and a lot of opportunities ahead of us, and I’m excited about where we can take NVM Pet together.
